The fastest way to reach us

Use the on-site community discussions. Every guide has a discussion area where you can leave a report or a question. Those threads are reviewed regularly by the site team, and confirmed corrections get folded back into the guides themselves — so reporting something doesn't just help you, it helps every reader after you.

What to include

Tell us which page you mean (the URL helps), what looks wrong or outdated, and what you expected to find instead. If a step in a guide doesn't match what you see in the app, describe what your screen shows. The exact wording that confused you is more useful than a general “this is wrong.”

What we can't help with

We can't fix OpenAI account issues, billing problems, or bugs in the Sora app itself — for those, contact OpenAI support directly through openai.com. We also can't recover lost videos or remove someone else's content from the internet.
