Sora2mate respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.
How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe infringing content is accessible through our Service, please send a written notice containing the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our site (provide exact URLs and timestamps where applicable).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (a typed name is acceptable for electronic submissions).

We will respond promptly to valid notices. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. Counter-notice procedures under the DMCA will be followed when received.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material removed was taken down by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your contact information;
- A description of the material and its location prior to removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or your location’s equivalent) and that you will accept service of process from the claimant.
